This incredibly simple appetizer is a crowd favorite treat everywhere we go. It’s an easy bake and take, and the best part is that it only requires three ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bacon

  • 2 cans whole water chestnuts

  • KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce

Directions

  1. Cut strips of bacon into thirds.

  2. Wrap each piece of bacon around a water chestnut and use a toothpick to hold bacon in place.

  3. Organize into a 9×13 glass dish.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until bacon looks cooked and starting to crisp. Sometimes I will drain the grease off to help the bacon crisp up faster.

  5. Drizzle BBQ sauce over each serving.

  6. Return to oven and bake another 5-10 minutes until the sauce is hot.
