Who’s clinging to these last few weeks of summer with us? We aren’t ready for Fall yet! We’re still spending time at the lake and soaking up every last ray of sunshine this season! Here’s another great lakeside recipe for our Anchor Crew!

This quick and easy fresh summer pasta salad is excellent for large gatherings. It’s easy to mix up the day before and most ingredients you probably already have in your cabinets. Once you have this ready, just toss in the fridge and you have a side dish already prepared when it’s time for dinner. We actually love this one more after it’s had time to marinate! Drop an anchor in the comments here if you can’t wait to try this one!
